Decumani Hotel De Charme Naples

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel in the heart of the old city. The location was perfect, great to easily explore everything we wanted to do in this historic city center. The hotel itself was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and quiet room overlooking a peaceful courtyard. The staff was also helpful, especially when we encountered an unfortunate incident of having our cash stolen on a train. They provided us with guidance on where to report it, showing their excellent customer service.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the city. We were within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and bars. The rooms were clean and spacious, a pleasant surprise for Europe. the service provided by some of the staff members, especially the bellboy and the evening receptionist, was commendable.

the front reception team was not cute and did not provide any helpful information about the city.

Stuff was delightful, room was well-appointed, American breakfast was gorgeous. I truly enjoyed the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Brilliant location, not far from bars, yet the area was quite dirty😀

Everything was excellent, but we stayed for 2 nights only. Plentiful breakfast, especially cheese and meats, the staff was genuinely helpful. Amazing building and rooms with delightful decoration. The venue's position was very central. We really enjoyed Tandem located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, had dinner there.

Although it is situated in a graffiti riddled alley, it provides a charming and authentic atmosphere. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive, offering suggestions for local restaurants and arranging transportation. The breakfast served in the beautiful ballroom is a delightful treat.
